  • I want to give the highest rating and greatest thanks to Bill Preston (and Chris, Bob, and Mike) of Preston Superstore. I was treated like a friend, got great service, and a great deal. My Mom is a senior citizen and lives in the Cleveland area. I live on the west coast and my brother lives on the east coast. My Mom's lease on her car was expiring at the end of the month. I made some inquiries with dealers to see if I could assist her in leasing a new car. The car on her existing lease has very low miles. At least one dealer told me there is really no such thing as "lease equity" unless my Mom were to want to buy the car at the end of her lease. Bill, however, concluded she did have lease equity in her car because of the extremely low mileage. Preston bought out the lease/bought her old car and leased her a new car. No money down was required, and my Mom's low monthly payment is affordable on her fixed income. The deal on her new leased car is far better than what any of the other dealers had to offer. Not only that, my brother and I were reluctant to have our Mom make the unfamiliar, 30 minute or so drive from her home to the Preston dealership on her own. Bill sent two gentlemen to pick her up. One drove her and the other drove her (now old) car to Preston. They then accompanied her when she drove back home in her new car, just to be sure she arrived safely. My Mom is THRILLED with her new leased car (a Cruz) and says everyone at Preston was super nice to her. Bill made finding the right car for my Mom, and the entire process so easy and pleasant. I felt like my Mom was in good hands. I say: if you are in the market for a Chevy, Cadillac, Ford or Kia, you are making a mistake if you do not check out Preston.
