They keep using the word "Resort," i'm not sure they know what it means...
The hotel was okay, there was nothing off putting or great that sway my decision to return to this hotel in general. We were in the area for a conference and decided to stay here vs the recommened conference hotel. The hotel and it's campus is huge, maybe that means resort? They have lots of pools, maybe that means resort?
The hotel is dated, the fit and finish is declining, I suspect they'll go through a major remodel in the near future or they'll sell it to another chain. We did make use of the pools while we were there, I would say the best part of the stay is their location to local hiking trails. We did a moderate dificulty trail of about 8 miles when were there.
Overall, I would recommend a much cheeper hotel. There was nothing here that justified the price. Maybe if you are a golfer this might be the right hotel for you, I saw a bunch of adverts on discounted and free golf stuff, but I just generally ignored it.
