  • I recently moved and for the last couple months have been going to this facility. Today will most likely be the last time. I was in a relative hurry to drop off and pick up a couple items and when I drove up there was only one person in line. I placed my items down and waited for a minute and then when finished the young man working behind the counter looked irritated at the amount of clothes I had (perhaps I was bringing too much business to them.) He decided to disregard the fact that I was next in line and proceed to help the person that came behind me while waiting. If I wasn't in a hurry maybe I would offer that, but I was in a hurry. I was confused and waited for a moment and then he couldn't find the lady's order that he decided was more important than mine. So I left, I will return to pick up my things of course, they are my things and I already have paid to have them cleaned, but I will not continue doing business here. I didn't expect miracles in customer service but I did expect to be waited on in order. Bizarre system they are running at Malibu.
