  • My property management company has had us using these guys for our multifamily building in Phoenix since October, and the roach infestation we have been desperate for them resolve is still a problem. Think of the 90's movie "Joe's Apartment". We are lucky if they even show up, and we are clearly not getting resprays within 21 days. When they do show up, they've been methodical about showing up AFTER 21 days so that they can charge us full price. I have now lost one tenant due to their inaction so I will safely say these guys are just there to collect your money. At least they are cheap, and you get what you pay for.
