  • Went to get a car. Was unable to get the car. That's not the problem though. I gave a deposit for the vehicle when the Salesman Terry (male) called me back 2 days later to discuss the decision. I asked for my deposit back. He told me my check was going in the mail. Joked about the check may come late due to snail mail. A week went by and no check. I called to check on the status and Terry( male) says the check is going in the mail today. Then lied and told me he would have never told me the check was going in the mail last week. Was about to argue with me. They anice when trying to purchase a vehicle they suck at returning your money. Update 04/14-2018 I am back at Metro Lexus. On 04/13/2018 I spoke to Jeff (sales manager) on 04/13/2018 regarding my deposit. He called me back and text me updates as to what was going on with my deposit. I asked if I could see a different salesman to look at another vehicle. He made the arrangements for me( this was after hours). I came in and must say thank you to Jeff, Victor and Denae. I am walking out with the car I came in for originally. I'm glad I gave them another try.
