  • Don't be deceived by the shady exterior. Enter and you will be pleased. We sat at the bar and had Tecate while we waited for our table. Once seated we over-indulged in chips and salsa. The salsa was very fresh and had a nice kick to it. Bean burritos where great and the rice was nice and fluffy. The best part was the margarita made with Patron tequilla...or mabye when our friends picked up the tab. (Thanks guys- not necessary!) Only one minor complaint. We got there at 7:30 and the place was crowded. We were seated, ordered drinks and I started in on one of my long-winded stories. The waitress came over twice in 5 minutes. Honestly, my stories are great and I didn't want my friends to miss any of it. The constant interruptions disrupted my momentum and the story was lost in translation.......!! I can appreciate the fact that she wanted to turn the table, but after we finished eating at 9:00 there where quite a few empty tables.
