rev:text	Probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced in the art-supply world. Staff we're super snappy and seemed stuck-up, weren't overly helpful. I bought a large single sheet of Canson illustration paper, which was in plastic, and took it home to realize it was all marked up and crinkled badly to the point it was useless. Incredibly disappointed. Found much better luck over at Stinton's, off glenmore and macleod
