  • I had a Groupon for a full set of lashes and a fill. Two weeks after the full set was applied, I went back for my fill. Gemma charged me for a full set again! I was so shocked to be charged for a full set and not a fill that I just paid and left. Very unfair of Gemma! I had an agreement and an understanding that I paid upfront for a full set + fill. Gemma was an opportunist and took advantage. She charged me another $80 for a fill! That's a lot of money in two weeks time. I let her know about my dissatisfaction, and she offered me $10 off my next service. Very weak offer. She's obviously not in to resolving this. I see her other reviews are also not good. She's not an ethical small business owner.
