  • After a flight cancellation we were stuck in Charlotte. This hotel seemed fine for a night. Outward appearances aside (run-down, in need of a paint job, not the best neighborhood), the from desk rep was kind but didn't give us much info about the hotel. The rooms were mediocre at best. And update is most definitely needed. The was small and old (old scum stains in the tub), the tile was cracked, & the towel bar needed mending. While the beds were comfortable, the TV was old & didn't offer many channels. There's wasn't any area information in the room whatsoever and the front desk was not very helpful regarding the "going-ins" in the area. Rather disappointed.
