  • I have a Toyota Corolla that I bought from Centennial and it's getting on in its years. The first couple of years I had Tom servicing my car. After finding out that there was a cap missing on my battery (and Tom as well as the service director blaming me for it being missing, even though I have zero knowledge of how to open the darn hood), I figured it was about time to change service consultants..... I am so glad I did. Emilio Sepulveda is an amazing service consultant. I get fantastic service every time I come in, and he always greets me with a smile and asks if I need anything. My car is about to run out on its warranty, but I'll continue to use Centennial Toyota's service department if Emilio is still there. He's always treated me with absolute respect, and every problem I've brought up to him he takes note and it gets fixed. He really listens to the customer. Get him as a consultant and you won't regret it. You can tell he really cares.
