rev:text	just an A-ok hotel, great location if you need to be close to the football games or in the heart of Tempe. the room is starting to show lots of wear and tear in the carpet, it looked old and stained but the rest of the room was clean & fresh. overall it's not as great as the other courtyards i have stayed at and if your a light sleepy.. the nearby train track won't help. LOL. i probably wouldn't stay here again because it doesn't feel like a getaway type hotel
