  • Decent car wash Terrible customer service. After being rear ended in the car wash they wanted my insurance information. Which I didn't give to them. After inspecting my truck and seeing no damage (had my trailer hitch in) I asked for a complimentary wash since this one didn't finish properly. I drove out of the drying sequence so I wouldn't get rammed again. And the representative started making excuses. So I said "so that's a no?" And he then said ok. To top it all off he starts chewing me out for parking (after a collision ) in their handicap spot.... Wait really? Your more worried about were I parked (ever other spot was full by the way) rather than an accident.
