rev:text	So there is good and bad about renting from here. The good... I like to be left alone. If there is nothing wrong with the house and I'm paying rent on time you don't need to contact me. And trust me when l say this, THEY DON'T. Pay your rent and fix whatever little things come up and you'll never hear from anyone. The person who owns my house lives out of state which is even better. I have a dog that l didn't tell anyone about because of the higher deposit. Like l said no one EVERS checks on the place. I also rented a room to a buddy of mine for 4 months while he was getting a divorce... ya know because no one checks... The Bad... I had a few breaks in the drip system and water was leaking out of the ground. I called 3 times PER leak and NEVER heard back from anyone. I turned the system off and the plants out front started to die. So l spent $6 in parts and fixed it myself. Also the back yard is grass and there was no lawn mower... so I turned the sprinklers off and just let the grass die, but l hated the way that looked so l spent $100 on a used mower... l figure for the free pet deposit and letting me sublet to my buddy I'm still ahead. Plus I'll take the mower with me if l leave. Overall I'm pretty happy. I'm fairly handy and have friends who are plumbers and electricians for the heavy lifting... OH that reminds me, I put a 2nd light over a work bench in the garage... Like l said the people at RW are extremely lazy and that's good and bad...
