Was very disappointed at the service I received at this store. It started with the purchase. Stopped in to shop for a new laptop. The young man seemed knowledgeable, but pushed me toward a more expensive model. When I tried to explain what I needed it for, he didn't seem to care. I ended up purchasing the expensive one, thinking that I wouldn't have problems. Fast forward a couple of days. Had problems with the laptop from day one. When I called to ask about returning the machine, the person on the phone said that I would have to talk to the geek squad. After waiting on the phone for more then 10 minutes, the call was disconnected. This happened several times. After a couple of weeks of issues, I was so upset I took my laptop in to the store to see about getting my issues resolved. By then, the 14 day return policy has expired, and the people wouldn't help at all unless I paid the $200+ fee. Now I have a $2000 computer that still doesn't work right. I will never shop at best buy again.
