  • I am not surprised to read the previous reviews. I came here with a flat tire and asked for pricing on the same tires I currently have as they have been good to me. "Dave" at the counter would not even price those and kept pushing a different brand, but only had three. He wanted to put the spare on and have me come back later for the tires HE wanted to sell me. I waited over half an hour just for them to put the spare on - and then asked "how long"....they had forgotten about me. So I left with the doughnut and decided I would buy tires at my place close to home (an HONEST place). When he called later to say he got the other tire I told him I would not be back and he was VERY rude over the phone. When I got to my place to have the tires done, my tire was NOT in my trunk - HE KEPT IT!!! So, I had to drive back up to get my wheel from him and he was rude AGAIN. HORRIBLE customer service. Someone who will not look you in the eye or answer straight questions cannot be trusted. Find an honest place.
