  • Love the new location, love the new interior, and absolutely loved the haircut that I got today! I've been going to and returning to Ippatsu for years now, they're the only hair salon that I go to when I'm out of the Chicago area! My past experiences with Ippastsu have been nothing but nice, but today... WHOA! So I've found this picture of the hairstyle I want, had it on my phone, and showed it to Jamie today. She's easy to work with, knows what you want , and delivers absolutely sweet results! She recognizes the directions of how my hair grows, incorporated that into the hairstyle that I want, and I couldn't be happier with what I see in the mirror right now :) I don't think it's hard for a stylist to style your hair when they have a picture to refer to; only when he/she know that your hair does not work the same as the person in the picture, and tries to put that style to life, is the key to a great look, and happy customer! They never try to sell you products, and every stylist have a personality of his/her own. I love how unique, artsy, and friendly they are. I will definitely be returning to Ippatsu and Jamie for haircuts!! p.s. Don't forget that they've moved to their new location on Chester! :)
