  • Visited several stores in the mall as well as independently owned boutiques around the valley in search of the perfect prom dress. De Novo was by far the best. Their organization and selection of on-hand dresses as well as the ability to order additional dresses from their catalog was great. The turnaround and quality of their in-house alterations was superb. However, what really sets this business apart is their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Talk about above-average and setting the bar. Leticia and her team were not only attentive and accommodating but also understanding of time crunches, teenage drama, and really came through. If and when I am in need of purchasing another formal dress or know someone who is, I will definitely come here first. 5 stars all the way.
