rev:text	I just had the chance to read what the owner replied to my review. First of all, you need to accept criticism a little better. For my review & the other reviews that you have replied, you feel the need to justify and argument to say why the customers are saying are basically not true. Anyways- So, here I go- NO it does not sound fair about your price. I didn't want a "no-chip color change" I wanted a "no-chip MANICURE" and when I first walked in, I asked how much it was and it was said to be $35. So why would the technician tell me that it would be an extra $5 to get my cuticles cleaned when last time I checked, that is part of a manicure. And no, he did not present me with the prices. When I first walked in, I asked about the prices (which was not my nail technician) and then when I asked about the cuticle he said it would be charged extra. I don't mind paying if the service is good and I'm happy about it. I ASKED him to cut it shorter, he wasn't doing it on his own and checking to see if it was ok. And even if that was the case, which is fine it was his attitude wasn't very professional. Your place as an owner isn't to ASSUME anything by my review. You're supposed to accept the criticism and improve (if you think you need to do so). You should read my review again because I said that the prices are comparable to the ones to Chicago (meaning about the same) and since it is higher than the other nail salons around the Urbana-Champaign area, I would think I would receive excellent service. And that is exactly why I went to this establishment in the first place.
