I received the worst haircut from Daniel.
When I arrived for appointment he was with someone. There was another stylist there. She was sitting in the one of the chairs just hanging out. No one greeted me. No one said anything to me until he was done with his client about 20 minutes later even though they saw me. I was the only other person in the place. I was able to hear that client complaining that her cut wasn't as short as she asked for and that it wasn't even. He said he did cut it how she asked. I started getting a little nervous. I regret not bailing right then but thought that maybe that the client was just difficult.
Finally when that customert was paying I was acknowledged. I figured since I have thin straight hair and all I wanted was several inches cut off that there wouldn't be any issues. Wrong! It took an hour and a half for his hack job. He was very nice but the haircut was awful. The length was not what I asked for (it was 2 to 3 inches too long). One side was longer than the other with random pieces not cut mixed in both sides. I was so frustrated based on the now 2 hours that I invested to get to that point(& what I had seen with the first customer that morning) that I just left. I ended up going directly to another salon to pay (again) to have it corrected. Totally unacceptable.
