I'm not a customer because they didn't care to have me as one. Went in to look at a full size Range Rover. Was ignored by everyone including the sales managers who were sitting in the glass offices just chatting. No other customers in the showroom!! Even the receptionist was 'busy' doing something and ignoring me. Finally had to ask if anyone was available. Got some salesperson, don't remember his name. He took me to see the car, we took a test drive. I had a question about the extended warranty. He had no information on this. Really? Why would they not know about the extended warranty???? So he said 'talk to so and so'. I said where is so and so, he said well, he sits up front here, the finance guy but he is gone for the day.....
So I should have just given up but I liked the Range Rover and was truly interested. So i called the guy the next day and finally got ahold of him. The extended warranty was something like 5K which sounded totally crazy and it was only going to add like an extra year on.
After that, the salesperson never called or emailed me at ALL even though i had given him all my information.
Oh well - probably a sign not to buy a car here.
