After being patients for more than 14 years my wife and I are shopping for a new eye doctor. today my wife had a 1:50 appointment in the Pineville office. We arrived early as requested, We waited almost 45 minutes before she was called back to the exam room. No apologies there than "We are running a little late." a little late really? Why in the world wouldn't the check in ladies make mention that they wee running thirty to 60 minutes late? The office had a number of unhappy people. This firm needs to employ a person who can teach them about customer service.
