| - I called The Ashton home for 3 years, and what a wonderful 3 years it was! Prior to The Ashton, I lived in a 4-story poorly built wood "ant hill' with thin walls.
I chose The Ashton because it was built for condos, it is dog-friendly, and has incredible amenities. I was VERY impressed. My 2 dogs and I comfortably lived in our spacious apartment with zero sound intrusions from the neighbors above, next door, and across the hall. I could hear the train and normal city noise from outside, but that didn't bother me.
They were VERY patient with me
-I was in a bind - it took 2 years to build my townhouse and I kept having to renew my lease on very short notice. They accommodated me every time with no questions asked. When I was stressed, they assured me that renewing my lease was their pleasure.
The amenities are top shelf!
-Having a 24/7 Concierge was absolutely amazing.
-Porter the Transporter and his team are always there with black car service.
-The Rooftop pool is the best view in South End, and equal parts fun (when you need it to be) and relaxing (when you need it to be)
-My dogs were treated as princesses by the staff and other residents. There is a dog park and a walking trail with waste stand out front.
-If you want to be social, The Ashton is always hosting social gatherings
-Service requests are easy to make in the online portal and are always handled promptly and effectively
-My parents and I enjoyed the movie room on Christmas Day
South End is the hottest neighborhood in Charlotte!
-And The Ashton is right in the middle of everything
-Bike Trail
-Breweries
-Top shelf restaurants
-Bars
-Wine Bars
-Gyms -Cycling, -Cross-fit, -Yoga-Pilates
-Doggy Day Care
-Retail Shopping
I want to thank Sarah, Miss Liz, Bernard, Kai, Porter, Karen, and Sherrill for taking such good care of me and my dogs. I will be back to see all of you!
