  • Doctor was thorough and honest!! However, they were more concerned with collecting a copay before I went back. Keep in mind this was my first visit. I can honestly say,I have never been to a practice that collects all payments from a new patient upfront before they even go back to meet the doctor or have an exam. Walked out highly disappointed. Just wanted a mole removed and though, they have a great reputation- the doctor was unable to remove the mole without major scarring. I'm sure they take great care of their patients, but I honestly wouldn't go back. Some places are all about the "production" and it seemed like this is definitely one of them.
