  • If you want a seriously good steak without the seriously high Las Vegas Strip prices, go to Echo & Rig. Admittedly, it's well out of the way given it's location in Summerlin. Clearly, the place caters to upscale locals. But you should take an Uber, taxi or drive your rental car to this restaurant. I ordered a different cut called the "bavette." It was amazing. Timothy, our server, was knowledgeable and very helpful. I will go back to this restaurant!
