  • IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. First off, so unprofessional at how they handled our calls. They assumed that I was some girl named Mary with a car different make of a car that was no where near mine that needed the windshield replacement. It was unfathomable for the girl on the phone, name Zule, to think that I wasn't this customer named Mary! I'm obviously NOT THAT CUSTOMER. Then they thought I cancelled my reservation that was made 3 days prior. My husband simply called a day before our appt to ask a QUESTION. They in return, CANCEL our reservation, with no confirmation that that had been done. Zule and her manager, Julio;that apparently never comes in to help with customers, couldn't even help me out with THEIR MISTAKE OF CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and apparently like to think your are another customer. Support a business that can actually help you and DO NOT go here.
