  • I had an okay experience. Nicolette was my stylist and she seemed extremely nervous. Maybe because I had box black and was going blonde. She got me lighter than expected, and I have a somewhat live able blonde until I can lighten it again so I'm thankful for that. However when it came to the cut she totally choked, I asked for super short layers and a lot of texture. I ended up with a blunt bowl shoulder length cut; I can't even wear it down, going to Toni and guy tomorrow to have it fixed.
