rev:text	A few years ago I took the ring my late boyfriend had given to me to Eric. I wanted it made into a pendant I could wear on a chain. Eric did an amazing job and I literally wear it every single day. I had surgery last year and forgot to remove the necklace. It was taken off of me during surgery and returned to me in a small envelope where it had become hopelessly tangled up. And I mean TANGLED up! Because the piece is so precious to me I didn't want to take it to some random jewelry cart in the mall to be fixed by a careless teenager. I assumed Eric would cost more but I was fine with that because I wanted to get it back without any damage to it. When I came into the shop (and it had been at least 2-3 years) Eric didn't recognize me but he remembered my necklace and the meaning of it to me! When I showed him what had happened and asked him how much it would be to get it untangled he told me he doesn't charge his customers for services like that! I returned a few days later and it was fixed perfectly. Not a kink to be found and I was so happy to put it back on. I don't wear a lot of jewelry but if the time comes that I am making a purchase like that I will head straight to Eric. I know that he can take my description/vision of what I want and turn it into a perfect reality. To know that he he is willing to service the jewelry after it is purchased is a testament to his dedication to service and loyalty. I wish more businesses treated their customers this way. Thank you Eric!
