rev:text	NOT GOOD. Not even sure where to begin... - Set an appointment for 10am today & they arrived @ 8:40am (a little early is good but not over an hour!) - Found out the craigslist posting where I found the service is basically fraudulent - written as if services are provided by the person listing the ad (even says how proud she is of her work & she's a mom, etc) However the person who arrived to clean was hired by a service & was provided with NONE of the details I gave to the person who set the appointment. - The person doing the cleaning was NOT a professional cleaner & brought her children with her to help. - I requested and paid for 'deep cleaning' services and my house was left with base boards not cleaned, sliding glass doors not cleaned, kitchen barely touched, ceiling fans not touched, residue on surfaces from re-using the same rag, laundry room not touched, dust still in corners... the list goes on. - they had to ask to use some of my cleaning supplies - i had to stop them from using equipment which would have damaged my floors - they did not take out the trash they had filled & didn't line the cans - they had to use my vacuum as theirs didn't have the right attachments - i had to ask for the furniture to be pulled out & the window sills to be done - i tried to call to speak to the person who scheduled to appointment & my call was screened & declined - the business name is what was listed on the emailed receipt i received but is not listed anywhere - not even on the craigslist ad - the only thing i found is multiple different listings under the same phone number: 480-878-1320
