Not a fan of the customer service here. A lady at a different Macy's helped me with a LancĂ´me foundation for my face. Told me if I wasn't happy I could always come back, so I did because it was a shade too light after my first application. I came to this Macy's to have the right color pick out for me. Normally it would be an even exchange but the lady made me pay the difference because at the time I purchased, week or two ago, they were having a promotion and she wouldn't do an even exchange. It was the sale's fault for picking the wrong color for my skin to begin so I don't understand why i could not get an even exchange. The lady gave me no explanation and was rude.
