I had a great experience at The Meat Market. The owner, Roni, was very friendly and shared her passion for what they do and the careful selection of they buy from locally sourced farms. The butcher, Nate, was helpful in being responsive to requests. I was impressed by this team and I hope they do well in this location. They sell beef, pork and lamb and process their stock in order from head to tail. Keep this in mind when you want something and call ahead if you're looking for a particular cut. I walked away with some pork belly and crumbled sweet Italian sausage. The quality was so outstanding. We'll continue coming back!
