  • Rich came out and installed a new water heater and water softener. I'm very pleased with the install and would recommend American Plumbing. Rich was very open and honest on what type of equipment we should install. He was very responsive in email and text while we negotiated the deal, and he was very punctual and communicated clearly before arriving to our house. The install was very high quality. Rich explained how to operate our new equipment and also advised us on the upcoming preventative maintenance we had to be aware of. Finally he explained the warranty and what kind of longevity to expect. Overall I'm very satisfied with Rich and the product he delivered. Paul
