  • I wish I could give a 5 star just based on the staff's personality. Everyone was very friendly. The store was clean and I was in and out in an hour. Where it fell short was that I didn't like my hair :-( I showed the girl a bunch of pictures of how I wanted it. I also showed her actual pictures of me with the style I wanted (to show that my hair is capable). I didn't want anything complicated, just a blowout with a little volume on top. As soon as she started I had a feeling it wouldn't come out good because I was faced away from the mirror (first time I've been in the salon not facing a mirror) and every time I tried to peek, she steered my attention to turn around. Even when she was done, I said that I wanted it flatter and less frizzy looking, but she ensured me that it "would settle" in a few hours. I'm not sure what that meant. You either look good when you leave the salon or you don't. When I got home, I had to redo it and try to make it as presentable as possible to go out. Not really much else to say. I probably won't return. I'm not mad, just disappointed because I really wanted to like this place. I left with very fluffy hair and felt like I looked like a poodle that got a blowout in a humid sauna.
