  • I can't even believe what just happened at this chipotle. I love chipotle and I'm kinda bummed at how I was treated. I ordered 2 bowls and 1 bowl with rice and beans (just 2 sides) and the guy charged me for a bowl. No big deal I corrected him and said it was 2 sides. He argued with me and told me it was a veggie bowl in front of a whole line because I had black and pinto beans. I specifically asked the girl to mix the two beans half and half to make one side. I had very very little food because I was not that hungry but he didn't want to be wrong and embarrassed me. Finally he saw I was right and tried to say this time it was ok (like he was doing me a favor) at that point my appetite was gone. Like really who lies about a 6 dollar bowl? The worst part is my son was so embarrassed he walked out and I had to go find him. Thanks chipotle for killing my afternoon and making my son sad. I do appreciate the lady who worked there and apologized to me on behalf of the guy who caused the scene and also the manager who gave me some coupons (although I didn't want to accept them because I didn't want anything for feee) all I want is for people to treat others with respect and to listen. Ask questions don't assume everyone is out to get something free.
