  • Their return policy is quite out-dated. Clerk said he tried to help me through their system but could not pull it up. Only a 14 day window for returns and I lived out of town and know I couldn't get back to store with receipt. This clerk never offered to ask a manager to help until I insisted on it. Then she came and made my return happen. Finally! Then left the store and realized they had not given me back my credit card. It was still sitting in the processing machine!!! Someone could have walked away with it. OMG. What a LOUSY staff they have here!!!
