  • Ashley, Thank you for the lengthy explanation. Rachel as well for the phone call today after I'd taken my Boi to another veterinary clinic. I do have a better understanding of the preventive "Gold" puppy plan that I signed up for. Also never would I expect a pets emergency needs to come second to my Boi sick but stable needs per what I gathered from your explanation....... all that is well and understood. As I informed Rachel and I'll say it again here for you and others to view, used as they see fit. I'll finish paying for he "Gold" plan puppy preventative for my Boi and should he have a need in the future for ANY sick but stable needs I'll go elsewhere. Because you fell to mention just in a Humans emergency needs the medical team finds the time to work in those patients who are also sick but stable. ~
