  • I was very disappointed with the lack of any service. I called a week before my daughter's birthday party, she told me to email her photos of what I wanted, a Minecraft Enderdragon cake and said she would get back with me, because 7 days was a short notice, she told me. I verified the email address, and sent the photos. No response via email or phone, she told me she would call me back at that phone # I called her from. I took care of the cake myself, and purchased the pans and all ingredients. I would not recommend this place. No cheer in her voice when she answered the phone, no professional greeting, and no respect. Perhaps this place is just too busy and has no need for any further growth of their business. But I would have appreciated her to not waste my time and not responding and calling me back as she said she would do.
