| - My party of 4 stayed for 3 nights & 4 days.
Positives:
- the 1-bedroom suite was decent. Please note that you will have to ask for blankets or what-have-you.
-the 2-bedroom suite was gorgeous! No view, but stunning and well- equipped.
-the breakfast is YUMMY.
-Close proximity to club district & CN Tower (walking distance)
-Some of the staff are incomparable!!! They MADE the stay-- Julius, Maria, & Regan are just a few of the phenomenal staff!
Negatives:
-Some of the staff is UNprofessional. (seriously, members of our party OVERHEARD them making derogatory & prejudicial comments about another member of OUR PARTY. and the management team attempted to call us liars. *Please note, I don't mind being talked about, but... I shouldn't hear it in the dining room, when the worker is at the front desk. Take that to the employee break-room Thanks*).
-Some of the staff will ignore you as you pull up (ie. the valet will not open the door, move to get a luggage cart, or even ask if you are parking).
-Please don't dare to have an issue while there because the management team will ask what will make you feel better (and no matter how reasonable your request is), they will choose to not give it to you.
(in our case, the reason was: the manager had worked with that disrespectful employee for years, so we must be lying.).
Bottomline:
Nice facility, poor staff.
For suites that cost more than $400-$500/night, one would expect all of the staff to have professionalism.
