  • Horrible company... This location is disorganized and lack any type of knowledge!!! Staff needs training on everything. The staff acts like it's either their first day on the job or just pure laziness. And the attitudes on them are ridiculous. I went in January for a bridesmaid dress and knew what color n style I wanted.. With all that it was still complicated, why dunno?? At that point I needed to get the dress altered but had to wait til the dress arrived in March.. No one booked or informed me to make an apt with the seamstress, whom was booked out til May. So when the dress came in I had to wait again til May 1st to get in... Then they stated all the alterations would cost more than the dress.. Oh gimme a break. This is how they get you.. I literally grabbed my stuff n left. I got my alterations done elsewhere for $30 compared to what they wanted to charge me $139 when the dress only cost me $119. Ladies if your getting married do not use davids bridal there are so many other options now a days for way prettier and cheaper dresses. This company may seem convenient bc it's near you but their incompetence will drive you up the wall.. I wasn't the only bridesmaid in my group that had this experience and we were in all different states!! I had to give a star to write this but they don't even deserve that!
