  • I've been a member here for about 3 months now. It's a great place to workout with tons of options- cardio, swimming, basketball, group classes and of course free weights and weight machines. The downside to this location is it's pretty busy most of the time so you have to be on it if you want a certain machine/area; otherwise plan to adjust your regimen based on what is available. I've spent upwards of 2-3 hours here before because things can take longer when you're waiting to use something specific. However, other than that, I enjoy coming here. I did yoga yesterday for the first time in over a year and it was led by Carlos. I am so sore today! I can feel the excellent workout I got in his class so I'm very thankful for that! There's nothing like putting in the work and feeling that delicious soreness the following days. For the price, I think it's an excellent deal, as my motivation for joining was the yoga and Zumba classes.
