I was not going to write a review but due to how this situation was handled I feel it is only fair to share my experience. I am so disappointed. I just got an email stating the bracelet I purchased by the "Mother's Day arriving date" and now it will not be delivered until the Monday after Mothers Day. This is my first time ordering with you guys but I've been wanting to order from you guys for some time so I finally did. & now my Mother's ONLY gift will now not be here in time! I was even going to order myself some items for my own Mothers days present, I'm glad I didn't because then I myself would also not be getting my gift in time!! If I had known there was a chance this would have happened I would have paid for the shipping! I sure hope there is something you can do to make this right as I am so upset that I now will have to explain to my Mom that her Mother's Day gift will now not be here until after! With how this was handled there are many other jewelry companies that will earn my business due to no one having a proper customer service support team to handle the way it should have been!
