  • Porter Airlines is the worst. They flew us from Newark NJ to Toronto on the first leg of our trip to Montreal. It was a disaster. The plane was 2 hours late due to a 30 minute thunder storm. It's always a sign of confidence when they announce that your plane has "just left Toronto". We were concerned that we wouldn't make our connecting flight but staff on the ground assured us that we would. On the plane, however, they knew what was up. We got to Toronto and Porter refused to help us with food, hotel or EVEN a f-ing cab. I have never flown on an airline and been stranded where they did NOTHING. It is ridiculous. You get what you pay for, folks. Also, the service was incredibly rude. The manager, Justin, refused to show his face and a member of the staff instructed my husband to "speak to her like an adult". If I had not been desperate for a re-booking, it would have been a scene. Fly elsewhere.
