  • My wife and i had the worst experience in any store I have ever been in. The store was at 67th ave and Olive in Glendale, Az. The staff was rude, the manager was rude. I wanted to buy several hundred DVD's. We spent an hour picking them out. We went to pay for them and the clerk, Veronica I think, said she needed a code to put in the register. She faxed her DM and we proceeded to wait. After waiting 20 minutes I I offered to give her the cash and she could get her code later. No dice. You have to wait. After 20 more minutes of waiting we gave up and said we had to be somewhere else in a few minutes. They didn't care in the least and put the dvd's back on the shelf. We wasted 11/2 hours for nothing and they thru away a big sale for want of a code from her DM who never did get it for her, at least in the hour and a half while I was there. Avoid this place at all costs.
