  • I go in once or twice a year and it seems fine. I'm not real picky. Get in, get what I need, get out... no problems. I am hugely disappointed with their online shopping system and customer service. I recently ordered a product online for something they had in the store. I ordered it (reserved it basically) on a Friday to pick up Saturday. Well I accidentally hit Sunday pick up instead. Shouldn't be a big deal, right? I called twice later that day and was put on hold forever. OK, I'll call in the morning. Same result. So I decide to go in that Saturday afternoon and try and pick it up. To make a long story short, I was told they didn't have the paper pick up form that is printed out that morning, and I couldn't pick up the product if they didn't have that form. Seriously. We can't figure something out here? Apparently not... I would have to come back Sunday. I expect a lot better than this.
