This is the secondary PetSmart in my cat-care travels - I generally go to the one on South Blvd as it is close to my office and I can easily zip over for lunch for whatever the fur-baby needs.
This is a newer store at the corner of Rea and Ardrey Kell (although no longer new, but a welcome addition to the 'hood) and seems to be a bit more full or cramped than the other PetSmarts, but it always has what I need so I have no complaints. The canned food that I give my cat is only found at pet stores, so I visit a PetSmart every couple weeks. The food is usually on some version of sale and costs less than Petco. I have always found this store to be clean. Parking can be a bit of a pain on the weekends as it shares a lot with Best Buy and several smaller retail stores.
The only complaint I have, and it honestly is not a complaint as I think pet adoption is the way to go, is sometimes the handlers/animals inside the store during adoption events on the weekend get in the way of those who want to buy what they need and get out. As I said, this store is a bit more cramped than the other stores (smaller footprint to fit into the space) and the aisles are easily blocked with dogs on leashes and those who are stopping to pet them. But pet adoption is a wonderful thing and allowing different rescues to have adoption events here is great for the community.
They have always had what I was looking for (canned cat food or cat treats) and I have not had the terribly long lines or bad customer service that the other reviewers have complained of. I typically go to this store on the weekend and two registers are usually open - I haven't had more than 1 or 2 people in front of me in the dozen or so times I have visited.
