  • After spending many weeks preparing my mom's condo for sale the carpet looked like it was on its last breath. Based on its Yelp rating I called Fred at F&F and told hm I was impressed by the number of comments and the ratings so I expected good work. He said, "We'll do better than that." We talked pricing and scheduling and Jason came out the following day, on time, fully committed, removed a spot in an obvious location (no extra charge), worked the heavy traffic area extra. The end result was great - the carpet looked good and clean, evenly. I would recommend them. I'll use the again. Thanks muxh giys.
