This store is staffed by inept employees, and the manager needs to realize that customers DO MATTER! Their only interest is sell, sell, sell. If they promise you a promotional trade-in, don't hold your breath! It has taken me days of repeated phone calls just to get the manager to FINALLY call me. Very poorly run store in desperate need of new management. I still have not received my $200.00 trade in that was promised to me because the original sales clerk made an error, and the one who was going to fix the error also erred! Then the rude manager still did it wrong. Seven phone calls later, and Verizon customer service still cannot figure out what those employees did to mess up my account so badly. And, I still have not gotten my $200.00 trade-in as promised. If this is not corrected, I will be forced to go to our local TV station and ask them for help.
