  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This place does not care about their customers at all. It says customer satisfaction is their main goal but I left the salon in tears because of how much I hated my nails. He charged me $50 for a full set of bio gel even though on their price list it full out said $45. When I questioned him about this he told me that it cost $10 to remove my previous gel set even tho it was done by them. I didn't want to argue so I just let it go. He continued on and I have to admit the shape was very nice. But when I was choosing a colour I wanted to make sure I can see it on my skin tone before applying them fully on my nails. He told me he couldn't do that because then he can't remove them afterwards. I again let it go and decided to trust him and let him complete my nails with the colour I chose. It ended up looking awful and when I expressed this he told me he can't do anything about it now and that it's was my choice not his. He told me he would redo them but he would charge an extra $10 because I wasted his time..... in short I was paying $50 for a set that was suppose to be $45 and he wanted me to pay an extra $10 because I was not happy with the nails they had provided. I'm out $57 dollars because they placed tax for using the debit machine and I'm stuck with nails that I hate. Ladies if you're looking for a new salon to go to this is not the place to go. My original nail salon is Naileditstudios and they do a WAY better job with AMAZING customer service for half the price. I highly recommend you check that place out. PS I was reading all the other 1 star reviews and under each one you can see Dylan the owner show his true personality by arguing with them and accusing them of lying on their reviews as well! If that doesn't show you how horrible their customer service is I don't know what will. My case is proven by his response to my review. Dylan is nothing but a bully and a horrible business owner.
