  • The policy to drop off items is unreasonable. You can only leave one bin or you have to wait. When I wait I have been told about 15 min and typically is more like 30-45 minutes. Whats the problem with dropping off your items and receiving a call or text when they are ready? Disappointing for working and busy moms that cant wait an hour plus for them to review your items :(
