  • Classic, but true. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever patronized. I attempted to purchase 12 bagels this am and was denied because the had only 26(yes, I counted them) in the bins. That's a first. Deny a customer the ability to purchase an available product for fear that they won't be able to sell the same product to another customer. Not sure whether it's the dirty floor, the poor service and staff or the fact that I left without the fully available product that I had intended to purchase, however, I voted with my feet and left. Thank God for Starbucks and for the Dunkin Donuts in Cranberry Township. These managers know how to run a business.
