  • I came to True Harmony because I was having severe cramping daily. I was worried something may be wrong and wanted to have someone look at it. I Scheduled with Dr. Grobe. When Kristen took me into the room go go over what was going on with me. I was told that the I was only schedule for a well woman exam and the doctor would not have time to go over everything with me. When Dr. Grobe finally came in she seemed uninterested when i was walking to her and explaining what was going on with me. She told me that we could do an ultra sound but nothing is wrong. Then my exam began . The entire time I tried to answer any questions or get any help with my major concern I kept getting ignored. When she was finished she asked if I had any other questions, at this point I was so discouraged that my concerns were not being addressed, I told her no. Kristen walked me back up front and i asked if something came up if that could be causing my cramping but was once again told that they were unsure. A week passed and I got a call that something came back. I was told this could not cause the cramping and was told they didn't know what was going on. I was then called another 3 times with the same test results. I will not be returning to this office. I was very discouraged that the doctor seemed to have no interest in what was going on with me. I hope to find a doctor that would be willing to listen and help me.
